How much does testing cost?
Fees range between $375-$550 per test. Call for more details. 

What is included in the price for testing? 
  Home testing service (tests are conducted in your own home), a thorough descriptive/graphical report with diagnosis and recommendations.  Once you receive the report, please call in to discuss results and answer any questions . 
 
Is there a discount for siblings or other family members?
Siblings receive a 20% discount. Other relatives referred by you receive a 15% discount.     

What tests do you use?  
 Assessments may include, but are not limited to: the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fourth Edition (WISC-IV) for children ages 6 through 16, The Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence-Revised Edition (WPPS-R) for ages 2.10 through 5.11, the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale Third Edition (WAIS-III) for ages 16 through 71 and The Wechsler Individual Achievement Test-Second Edition (WIAT-II), for preschool through college level, and other behavioral inventories or questionnaires for various purposes. 

My child may have ADD and a specific learning problem (Dyslexia), do you test for all those in one test?
Learning disorders testing involves 2 different tests (IQ test and an Individual Achievement test), in addition to some inventories filled out by parents/caregiver.  Both tests are done in one session, usually takes about 2 1/2 hours.

What test is used for gifted program placement?
 
For gifted program eligibility, the child must score a minimum of 130 FSIQ (Full Scale IQ). The IQ test used is the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fourth Edition (WISC-IV)

After testing how do I get my child Help?
In the report, all recommendations are detailed (for example: IEP, 504 Plan, special in-school placement, testing accommodations, further services, tutoring, further evaluations, therapy etc...) 
 
How soon can my child get tested?
Please call to make an appointment. Keep in mind that testing is almost always conducted in the morning hours. Saturday appointments available if weekdays are not possible. 
 
How soon can I expect results?
After testing, you can expect the full PDF report in 48-72 hours.  PLEASE CALL in to discuss results and answer all your questions.

Will my child school and doctor accept the results?
Absolutely. The evaluator is a licensed School Psychologist by the Florida Department of health, (Lic # SS905). Reports, diagnosis and recommendations are nationally accepted.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, personal checks and all mayor credit cards. Please keep in mind that payment must be made in full at the time of testing.
